We are currently accepting applications for volunteering at Bucharest Forum 2015, the largest strategic international event in Romania, which will take place on October 14 -16, 2015. This is the 4th edition of Bucharest Forum, organized by the Aspen Institute Romania and the German Marshall Fund of the United States in partnership with the Government of Romania and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Volunteers are kindly asked to keep their schedule flexible on the days prior to the event, as they might be invited to assist the Aspen Institute and German Marshall Fund staff in the preparatory stages of the Forum. Please be advised that, if selected, you will also need to attend several short informative sessions before the event.
Work during the volunteering program would involve welcoming guests, assisting with organizing materials for the event, registration of onsite attendees, providing useful information to guests, tracking session participation and logistical support.
- excellent command of English;
- ability to perform well in a multicultural environment;
- excellent time management skills;
- previous experience in event and conference organizing.
